Timothy D’Arcy

Tim D’Arcy is a seasoned leader in investment management. He has dedicated more than 20 years to senior roles at two leading global asset management firms, driving growth and deepening client relationships.

Tim joins Catholic Investment Services from BlackRock, where he served as Managing Director of Institutional Capital Formation. In this role, he led product positioning and revenue generation strategies for BlackRock’s suite of alternative investment solutions.
Before rejoining BlackRock, Tim spent nearly 12 years (2012–2024) at Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets asset management. As a Managing Director in the Institutional Client Group, he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s U.S. presence, strengthening key institutional relationships, and contributing significantly to the firm’s overall growth.
During his tenure at Hamilton Lane, Tim worked closely with CIS and several of its clients in connection with the development of the CIS impact and venture investing strategies.

Prior to his tenure at Hamilton Lane, Tim was a Director in BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business from 2004 to 2012. He began his career on the Fixed Income Sales desk at HSBC Securities.
Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
