President, Sisters Rising Worldwide
Sister Irene O’Neill, CSJ, is a Sister of Saint Joseph of Carondelet and serves as President of Sisters Rising Worldwide. She served for 15 years as Chair of the Bethlehem University Foundation (currently Chair Emeritus), 15 years as a Regent for Bethlehem University in Palestine, and was a Trustee for Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri. Sister Irene served for nearly 20 years as the Executive Director of the Sisters of S. Joseph of Carondelet Ministries Foundation, Curriculum Coordinator for the Saint Paul Minneapolis Archdiocesan Elementary Schools, Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Minnesota and the University of Saint Mary Graduate School, and an elementary school teacher.
